We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for quality on-site start-up, installation, commissioning and maintenance of testing equipment at customers’ sites
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and calibration on testing equipment
• Carry out continuous enhancement program on machines to achieve highest performance and reliability results
• Conduct training for customers’ engineers and technicians
• Liaise with production and testing team to ensure that the system complies with customer requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation for system maintenance records

Qualifications:-

• Min. NITEC/ Higher NITEC /Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Can work independently and also a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Electrical/Electronic systems servicing skills & able to learn things fast.
• On-the-Job Training will be provided to job incumbent and those with minimum 1 year of related work experience in the material testing industry will be advantageous
• Valid Class 3 driving license
